Hush…… Hush, Sweet Charlotte

Often thought of as a “sequel” to Aldrich’s What Ever Happened to Baby Jane.  It isn’t really, but was initially to be the same two leads – Bette Davis and Joan Crawford.

But Crawford was replaced by Olivia De Havilland, and the film is much less well remembered today, although it won 3 Oscars.
