The Italian Job
A timeless movie.
A classic helping of everything that was good about Sixties Britain. Michael Caine, as the archetypal Cockney who leads the caper, is at his absolute best.
And the rest of the cast is wonderful, from Noel Coward as the urbane Mr Bridges, through ever dependables such as Fred Emney, John Le Mesurier and Irene Handl, up to and including the late great Simon Dee.
There are so many great set pieces, and whatever you like, from Benny Hill to repeatable one liners, to minis, you’re bound to find something here. Including the last line to top all last lines.
This is a fantastic example of the most collectable original poster for this film – the country of origin UK Quad from its first release.
