The epic 1964 Cy Endfield-directed classic telling of the Battle of Rorke’s Drift.

It was Michael Caine’s breakthrough role and it has become one of his most well-known (and for many, favourite) films, but the main star of the film was Stanley Baker, with a supporting cast including other well-established actors, such as Jack Hawkins, Ulla Jacobsson, James Booth and Patrick Magee.
