Apocalypse Now

Francis Ford Coppola’s epic re-imagining of Conrad’s Heart of Darkness transposes the story to the Vietnam war, and has Martin Sheen as the man sent to terminate the command of Colonel Kurtz.

This is an original UK Quad movie poster produced for the film’s first cinema release.  Like the US version, it features the brooding Bob Peak artwork, and for us the design works better in landscape than in portrait.
