Irving Berlin composed some of the best loved songs of the century, and there were several in this movie, including the well known title track.

And what a cast list, with musical theatre maestros Ethel Merman, Mitzi Gaynor and Donald O’Connor, crooner Johnnie Ray, dependable Dan Dailey and Ms Monroe.

This is card #5 of the original set of US Lobby Cards, and is probably the best, featuring all six leads in typical on stage pose.
