Hard on the heels of the 1970s Pink Panther comedies came Blake Edwards’ attempt at a Hollywood satire, teasing a topless shot of his wife and star, Julie Andrews.

It benefitted from an all star comedy cast and plenty of typical Edwards humour, with a fair sprinkling of slapstick.
