Dirk Bogarde is back as Dr Simon Sparrow, going to sea as a ship’s doctor, as is James Robertson Justice.
Also in the cast is Brigitte Bardot, adding to the movie’s international appeal.
They all feature in this original Spanish One Sheet poster from the film’s initial (1955) release.

A fragile poster due to the paper used for Spanish posters of this era. It has fold line separations, well repaired by conservation tape, edge wear to the left in particular and other minor signs of age and wear, but is still bright and displays nicely
