Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)

Alejandro G Innaritu’s nice blending of reality/unreality, dream/waking and comedy/drama picked up four Oscars, including for Director and Picture.

Michael Keaton didn’t win, but he is great as the washed up superhero movie star attempting a Broadway production.  And the rest of the cast is pretty good as well.

This is an original US poster from the movie’s initial release (in 2014), but is one of a series of ten produced in a more limited release and each depicting a different city.  This is Moscow.
