Rollercoaster

The New York Times described this 1977 movie as a “Hitchcockian suspense melodrama”, and it is an interesting cross between action and drama, and with a hint of the seventies series of disaster movies.

Unsurprisingly, a rollercoaster features prominently in the film’s advertising, rather than images of its strong cast, including George Segal, Timothy Bottoms, Richard Widmark and Henry Fonda.
