Pillow Talk is probably the most popular of the series of light comedy romances made by Doris Day in the late 50s and early 60s.
It was also the first featuring the dream teaming of Doris with Rock Hudson, and with the great Tony Randall there in support.
A tale of a shared telephone line, Rock as a womanising composer and Doris as an interior decorator in whom he meets his match.
Original cinema advertising materials for vintage Doris Day and Rock Hudson movies are always collectable, and that’s very much the case for this title. The Lobby Cards all feature a miniature version of a Doris/Rock shot as well as scenes from the movie. This is Card #8 from the set of 8 produced when the film was first released, and is a great restaurant scene with Rock and Doris.
