Body Heat

A great example of modern noir (although it’s now forty years old) or retro noir, or neo noir.  William Hurt is the perfect noir protagonist, and Kathleen Turner’s performance has to be one of the finest ever femme fatale portrayals. Dark and steamy.

It also had the benefit of original cinema  advertising materials that were worthy of the film.

We think that this is one of the best examples.  It’s the rarely seen original British One Sheet from the film’s first release, with the leads in fittingly stark black and white and a blood/heat red title.
