Although it’s hard to believe now, several of the films Disney made in the 1940s (including Bambi and Pinocchio) weren’t a success originally and the studio was left on the verge of bankruptcy. Happily, Cinderella, released in 1950, changed that and it became their most successful film since Snow White.
This original UK Quad poster is from a cinematic re-release of the film in the 1960s or early 70s, and features lovely (and heart shaped) artwork.
