The updating of Romeo and Juliet, brought to the streets of New York with the rivalry between the Jets and the Sharks challenging the young lovers.

The original screen adaptation in 1961 almost swept the Oscar board, winning 10 awards, and the film remains incredibly popular as it has been re-released in the cinema, and on VHS, DVD, Blu-Ray and streaming, and has itself been re-made in 2021.

This is an imposing and stunning Italian 2-foglio from a 1960’s cinematic re-release.  It’s been conservation linen backed and is in great condition – you just need the wall space to show it off to its best advantage.
