The Road to Hong Kong
Filmed in the UK and starring Joan Collins in the female lead role traditionally played by Dorothy Lamour (who’s there, but only in a cameo), 1962’s Road to Hong Kong was the seventh and final in the Road to…. series.
As ever, the stars were Bob Hope and Bing Crosby, in the familiar roles they had been playing together since hitting the Road to Singapore in 1940.
A fun movie with a strong supporting cast, its original cinema marketing materials are still collectable, especially with fans of the series.
This is the original UK Quad poster from 1962, in a nicely pared down cartoon style.
Original folded condition with only very minor signs of age, including ink loss at the left centre fold and paper loss in the middle centre fold
