The Godfather Part III
Nearly two decades after the classic 1972 multi-Oscar winning The Godfather, Francis Ford Coppola returned to the Corleone family, to draw the saga to its conclusion.
Generally acknowledged as the weakest movie of the trilogy, it’s still very watchable, whether in its original version or its recently re-released re-edit.
Al Pacino, Diane Keaton and Talia Shire were back (but Robert Duvall wasn’t there), and joined by Andy Garcia and Sofia Coppola in leading roles.
The original Italian Fotobusta is a very attractive format for a film poster, measuring c 18 ins x 26 ins, so manageable in size (but larger than its US equivalent, the Lobby Card), and these posters for this title include the original “puppet strings” design, as well as scenes from the movie.
This example features Pacino and Keaton as Michael and Kay Corleone.
Very nice original condition, with no significant issues. It has a very light vertical fold in the centre. The light in the middle is a result of flash photography on the glossy image, not a flaw on the poster.
