One Two Three
A lesser known but still great example of a Billy Wilder comedy, co-scripted with long-time collaborator I A L Diamond, and producing one of the best comedy performances of James Cagney’s career.
Cagney is a Coca Cola salesman based in Berlin, charged with looking after his boss’ teenage daughter. Cold war satire, witty dialogue, and even some slapstick.
This is the original US One Sheet poster from the film’s release in 1961. Its popularity doesn’t stem from any images of Cagney though, because it’s a lovely example of a Saul Bass designed movie poster.
