A fun movie, and the one relied on most by those who say that De Niro can do comedy!
Directed by Martin Brest, this 1988 quasi buddy movie just gets better with age, and is surely one of the ten best loved comedies of the decade which, with hindsight, has proved to have been pretty good cinematically.
A tale of a crooked accountant, the FBI, the Mob, and a couple of Bounty Hunters, with a few twists and lots of laughs along the way.
We are often asked for this title, as a reflection of its standing as a favourite movie of a lot of people. And despite its popularity, it’s not yet too expensive, and works nicely as a gift.
This is perhaps especially so of the original cinema Lobby Cards, which are a nice size for a gift, and as well as the individual scenes from the film which they illustrate, they all also include a good example of the border area including a smaller version of the main poster imagery.
This card is perhaps the best in the UK set, and features a great shot of De Niro and Grodin together.
Nice condition card with no paper loss or image deterioration, just a few minor pinholes and markings, mainly towards the corners.
