On its initial release it won 8 Oscars (and 2 more honorary Oscars) and was the year’s top grossing film.
It has enjoyed numerous cinema re-releases, and has remained very popular though the days of television, video, DVD and streaming.
One of its biggest marketing campaigns came with its 1968/69 re-releases.
This is an original UK Quad poster from the 1969 re-release, featuring really nice artwork.
