In 1951, one of the most anticipated, and best received, films was the adaptation of the Tennessee Williams play that brought Marlon Brando to theatre-goers’ attention a couple of years before.
He was teamed again with Vivien Leigh, who won an Oscar, as did the supporting leads, Kim Hunter and Karl Malden.
This is original US Lobby Card #1 from the set of 8 produced for the movie’s first release, and features Brando, Leigh and Hunter.
